Design Works Gaming – Macerich

Signature Projects delivered a fast-tracked 6,000-square-foot interior remodel for Design Works Gaming, located on the 5th floor of a high-traffic building next to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The project was executed in two tightly coordinated phases to accommodate ongoing operations and strict access limitations. Phase one converted two offices into an open workspace and included a kitchen remodel to support the return of remote employees. Phase two added 10 private offices and a new conference room.

Despite challenges—including limited demo hours (8 AM–3 PM), furniture remaining onsite, and navigating active tenant traffic—we completed both phases in under three weeks, ahead of schedule and with added scope. The results exceeded expectations: the client praised our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clear communication. Macerich and Fashion Square management also commended our ability to complete the project without disrupting tenants or mall operation.
