Signature Projects transformed 3,949 square feet in Tempe, Arizona into a modern photography studio and creative hub designed for content creation, events, and professional production.

Designed by Need To Know, Le Station features a collection of versatile photo sets, a dedicated primary photography studio, and a specialized hair studio complete with custom vanity stations, salon displays, and a private merchandise dressing room. Polished concrete floors, porcelain finishes, decorative accent walls, curated designer lighting, and vintage French door-style partitions create a distinctive environment while maximizing natural light and visual connection throughout the space.

Integrated hospitality spaces, including a custom coffee bar and built-in kitchenette booth, complement private offices and meeting areas to create a studio that is as functional behind the scenes as it is in front of the camera.

Signature Projects completed the renovation with extensive upgrades to the suite’s HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, bringing together the specialized infrastructure, custom details, and elevated finishes required to turn the design vision into a highly functional creative destination.
