Maravilla Bistro,  Senior RESOURCE  Group

Signature Projects completed a thoughtfully executed refresh of the Maravilla Bistro, a central gathering space where residents enjoy daily coffee and light meals within this Scottsdale senior living community. The renovation focused on elevating the look, functionality, and overall experience of the bistro while maintaining sensitivity to an active, occupied environment.

The 2,500-square-foot tenant improvement included flooring and wall tile replacement, new paint, upgraded lighting, and custom millwork throughout. A standout feature of the project is the custom center island, highlighted by laser-cut decorative panels that add visual interest while anchoring the space. The scope also required new dedicated electrical runs to support updated kitchen equipment, ensuring improved performance and reliability for daily operations.

One of the primary challenges was executing the work while residents continued to pass through the area daily and food prep equipment needed to be fully shut down and removed. Through careful coordination, clear communication, and strong on-site management, our team maintained safety, minimized disruption, and delivered a smooth construction process from start to finish.

The client was extremely satisfied with the final result, reinforcing our ongoing relationship with SRG Senior Living and leading to additional projects awarded to Signature Projects.
