Signature Projects completed a full restaurant buildout for Ni Hao Bao Dumpling House, bringing the brand’s first Scottsdale location to life through a comprehensive interior renovation and new exterior patio construction. The project required detailed coordination, technical precision, and hands-on problem-solving to deliver a high-quality dining space within a compact, highly functional footprint and an accelerated timeline.

The 1,543-square-foot restaurant buildout included selective demolition, full MEP coordination, interior finishes, countertops, flooring, paint, glass sneeze guards, and the installation of a new ANSUL hood system within a constrained kitchen environment. Our team also managed all City of Scottsdale inspections and permitting, ensuring a smooth progression from construction through final approvals.

To meet the owner’s requested timeline, Signature Projects compressed the schedule through proactive planning, close coordination with subcontractors, and strong on-site leadership. Careful sequencing and collaboration were essential to successfully execute complex kitchen infrastructure while maintaining overall project momentum.
